We do not see ABRAGP as a loose group of individual drivers, but as one shared project. We exchange experience, compare data, analyse races and support each other in developing pace and consistency. We do not expect every driver to perform at the same level at all times. What matters is the willingness to work, learn and contribute to the team.
TEAMWORK
One driver is behind the wheel, but the result is built together. Strategy, preparation, communication and mutual feedback are essential parts of how we work.
DEVELOPMENT
There is no room for standing still. We analyse our performance openly, learn from mistakes and continuously work on developing our strengths.
RESPECT
Competition is part of racing. Respect is too. We want to race hard but fair and represent ABRAGP professionally on and off the track.
